We offer a total of four different warranties on our transmissions. Available are:

• 1 year unlimited mileage
• 2 year unlimited mileage
• 3 year / 36,000 mile, and
• And Our New Lifetime Warranty!*

Here we give you a better understanding of how it all works...

As with any product, occasionally there will be warranty repairs. All of our warranties include parts, labor, car rental, provide an allowance for towing, and the cost of fluids changed.

*For the Lifetime Warranty, labor, car rental, and towing coverage are for 3 years, or 36,000 miles. Thereafter it becomes a parts only warranty, for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. Lifetime warranty is not available for commercial vehicles, i.e. taxis, and shuttle vans. All warranties are non transferable.

We base our labor rates on the Factory Warranty Book Guidelines. This is the same rate of hours that the Manufacturer pays under their new car warranty. It is our goal to ensure that your technicians are adequately compensated for their time spent on a warranty repair, while at the same time maintaining a cost efficient system to ensure overall low prices on our product. Car rental reimbursement of up to $30.00 per day, 3 day maximum, will be paid only if a copy of the car rental invoice from the car rental agency is submitted with the warranty claim invoice. Towing reimbursement of up to $100.00 will be paid only if a copy of the towing invoice from the towing agency is submitted with the warranty claim invoice. Warranty coverage begins on the original invoice date and expires on the anniversary date, or mileage limit according to the warranty type purchased. In the event that a unit is replaced while under warranty, the warranty time remaining from the original invoice date will then transfer over to the replacement unit.

Conditions of Warranty

Not covered by our warranty:

• Anti-freeze is found to have contaminated unit (caused by a bad radiator)
   
• Water is found to have contaminated unit (flood damage)
   
• If in-line filter (supplied by H & A) has not been installed
   
• If unit was overfilled (blowing out the seals) or under filled (causing internal damage)
   
• If transmission is used for racing purposes (causes severe differential damage)
   
• If unit is damaged due to overheating. This is normally caused when the radiator loses circulation due to deposit build-up and the cooler, which is housed inside the radiator, is not able to adequately perform its function. Evidence of overheating is shown by way of a brown, black or discolored torque converter
   
• If vehicle has been towed improperly, based on factory guidelines. This will cause internal damage.
